Frequently asked questions about Flag’s services
Can I ask for several services together?
Yes. You can start with the online shop and add social media and TikTok, or hand us PrestaShop support after launch. Because we work in the same team, the people making your videos know how your shop works, and vice versa. Just write everything you need in your quote request.
Do you only work in Naples?
No. Flag Agency is based in Frattamaggiore, in the province of Naples, but we work with clients all over Italy. For almost every service, calls, WhatsApp and remote access are all it takes. The AI Academy, on the other hand, takes place at the agency: it’s a programme inside the team.
How much does a website with Flag cost?
It depends on what you need. A business website that brings in enquiries starts at €500 + VAT, with no annual fees; for a PrestaShop online shop the cost depends on products, integrations, languages, design and any migration, so we prepare a tailored quote after a call. For social media and TikTok and for PrestaShop support the price depends on the work: we tell you before we start, in a written quote. The PrestaShop theme and modules have a fixed price, shown on their pages.
