Cookie policy: the cookies and tools we use

In short
- We use a few technical tools the site needs to work: these don’t require your consent.
- Statistics and marketing tools and external content start only if you accept them in the banner (“Accept”, or category by category with “Customise”). If you press “Reject”, nothing is loaded.
- We remember your choice for 180 days. You can change it whenever you like from “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of the page.
- We don’t use advertising profiling cookies.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser to remember something: for example, that you’ve already made a choice. Other browser storage systems, such as localStorage and sessionStorage, work in a similar way: on this page we treat them the same, because the same rules apply.
There are two broad families:
- technical: they make the site, or a service you asked for, work. No consent is needed, we just have to tell you they’re there;
- analytics or profiling: they measure visits or build a profile of your interests. They need your consent, except for anonymous statistics under certain conditions.
Technical cookies and storage we use
They are all “first-party”: they’re set by flagagency.it and nobody else reads them.

These tools are enabled only after you consent to their category (statistics, marketing, preferences and external content), with “Accept” or with “Customise” in the banner. Until then the site doesn’t load them and sends nothing to their providers.

How to change your choices
You can change your mind whenever you like: press “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of any page and turn each category on or off, or choose “Accept all” or “Reject all”. If you withdraw consent, the page reloads and the tools stop.
How to delete cookies from your browser
You can view and delete cookies and site data from your browser settings. If you block technical cookies, some features might not work (for example, the site might ask for your cookie choice on every visit).
Links to third-party sites and services
The site has links that lead elsewhere: WhatsApp, our social media profiles, sites mentioned in blog articles (some are affiliate links). Until you click them, they load nothing. When you open them, you’re on someone else’s site, with their own cookies and rules:
- WhatsApp privacy policy (the “Message us on WhatsApp” buttons open the WhatsApp app or website)
- For social networks and other sites, you’ll find the privacy policy on each site.
