Flag Agency is a neighbourhood web agency in Frattamaggiore (Naples, Italy): a small team that builds PrestaShop online shops and websites that bring in leads, with AI as a tool. We’re looking for people who want to do this job on real projects. There are no open positions right now, but you can still send us your application.

Frequently asked questions about working at Flag

Can I apply even if there are no open positions?

Yes. In the form, choose “Speculative application” and tell us what you can do. We read every application and, if a suitable role opens up, we’ll get back to you.

Do I have to send a CV?

No, the CV is optional. If you attach one, it must be a PDF file of up to 5 MB. You can also leave us a link to your portfolio or LinkedIn profile: it often says more than a CV.

How long do you keep my application?

For 12 months from receipt, then we delete it automatically together with your CV. If you want us to delete it sooner, just write to info@flagagency.it. You’ll find the details in the privacy policy.

What’s the difference between working at Flag and the AI Academy?

The AI Academy is a 1-year training programme inside the agency, for up to 4 people: you learn the trade by working on real projects. Open positions, on the other hand, are jobs in the team. If you feel you’re still at the beginning, start with the AI Academy.

Where is the work based?

At our office, via XXXI Maggio 13, 80027 Frattamaggiore (NA), Italy. For each open position we state whether the job is on site, hybrid or remote.
