Flag Agency is a web agency in Frattamaggiore (Naples, Italy): a small team that builds PrestaShop online shops and websites that bring in enquiries, uses AI as a tool and trains its own talent in-house. The neighbourhood web agency with big digital powers.
our story
Flag started as an agency that did a bit of everything for local businesses. Today it’s a specialist workshop: PrestaShop e-commerce and AI at the core, with social media, TikTok and training around them.
At first we said yes to everything: websites, graphics, social media, small jobs for neighbourhood shops. It was a good school. We saw up close what makes a business sell and what just wastes its time.
Then we made a choice. We focused on what we do best: PrestaShop online shops, more than 250 so far, and websites that bring in enquiries. When AI became a serious tool, we brought it into the workshop the way you would any new tool: to do repetitive work faster and better, so time goes where it’s needed, to ideas and people.
the neighbourhood
Because we work like the good shopkeeper round the corner: you know us, you know where to find us and we answer, not a call centre.
Our workshop is at via XXXI Maggio 13, in Frattamaggiore, just north of Naples. This is where we design shops, shoot videos and teach the Academy. We work with clients all over Italy, but the door stays open: if you want to look us in the eye before you start, come and see us.

No. We’re a neighbourhood agency in the way we work, not in our borders. We look after clients all over Italy remotely, with calls, WhatsApp and email. Anyone nearby can come to the office whenever they want to talk in person.
